Project Management
Rea Associates can project manage your New Build, Conversion and Refit of luxury yachts and super yachts. We work closely with yacht owners, designers and shipyards to advise on all aspects of the project , from vessel conversions to pre-purchase inspections and sea trials of yachts and super yachts.
At all stages we protect your interests and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. We can draw up schedule’s of payment and carry out interim stage payment inspections. The scope of our involvement is flexible and varied and is individually tailored to meet your needs.
